We do not bind you into any lengthy contract or require you to download or install any software. Simply click our upload link and attach your files.

We are UK based, the transfer service is via GDPR compliant and SSL secure servers. We hold ISO9001, ISO27001 and ISO14001 for our quality management systems including IT security and environmental management. We are Cyber Essentials Accredited, GDPR IASME accredited and are also NHS Data Security & Protection Toolkit Assessed and hold an NHS ODS number. We have made the Scottish Business Pledge and we are an accredited Living Wage employer. We have been working with NHS services, hospitals, dental practices and GP practices for almost 20 years.

HospitalTranscriptions.co.uk is the medical typing arm of TP Transcription Limited. We work with universities, professionals, individuals, government institutions, churches, hospitals and many others. TP Transcription Limited was established in 2000/2001, with many satisfied customers providing ongoing orders, recommendations and referrals. We regularly take bulk orders of over 200 hours of transcription work, and have the capacity to handle large and small assignments.

HospitalTranscriptions.co.uk, TP Transcription.co.uk and UK-Transcription.co.uk are trading names used by TP Transcription Limited, a company in England and Wales, no.4946815. The company is part of the Ten-Percent Group of Companies and is committed to donating a percentage of its profits to charity.

The company has been operating for over 15 years and some of our clients come back to us again and again as well as recommend us to colleagues due to the high standard of service that we provide. The transcription is undertaken by UK-based secretaries and most are experienced legal, medical and business secretaries. All are native English speakers. At present the company has over 40 transcribers together with a secondary bank of secretaries to use for particularly large or urgent orders and we are able to take on a significant amount of work at any time as a result.
